Our Foundation is a private corporate foundation funded solely by Republic Services, and its signature program is National Neighborhood Promise (NNP). This program provides funding for neighborhood revitalization and sustainability projects in communities where Republic Services customers and employees live and work. Our goal is to partner with exceptional local nonprofits to create sustainable neighborhoods through grants, in-kind donations and employee volunteerism.

Funded by employees for employees, the Republic Services Employee Relief Fund provides emergency relief to team members after a disaster, fire or severe weather. Employees contribute through the company’s Employee Giving Program, which allows them to support the fund – and other charitable organizations – through payroll deduction.
