1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Hire Calling (“Hire Calling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Hire Calling provides a platform that:
- Displays employer profiles and workplace-related information
- Highlights employer participation in charitable giving initiatives
- Facilitates the display of hiring-related activity signals
- Makes charitable donations to nonprofit organizations based on defined activity within participating employer hiring processes
Hire Calling is not a job board, employer of record, or hiring decision-maker. We do not control hiring decisions, job availability, or candidate outcomes.
3. Donations and Charitable Giving
Hire Calling may make charitable donations to nonprofit organizations in connection with activity associated with participating employers' hiring processes (e.g., applications, interviews, or other milestones).
All donations are made by Hire Calling, using funds determined by Hire Calling (which may include a portion of revenue or other funds).
Participating employers do not make donations directly through the platform, but may:
- Select or recommend nonprofit organizations
- Configure how hiring activity contributes to donation triggers
Donation amounts, timing, and recipients:
- Are determined at Hire Calling's discretion
- May be subject to limits, caps, or internal policies
- May not correspond one-to-one with any individual user action
Users acknowledge that viewing or interacting with the platform does not guarantee that any specific action (including applying to a job) will result in a donation.
Users are not making donations through Hire Calling by applying to jobs or using the Services. Hire Calling is solely responsible for any charitable contributions made through the platform.
4. Employer Participation
Employers may:
- Create and maintain profiles on Hire Calling
- Provide information about their workplace, hiring practices, and policies
- Participate in Hire Calling's charitable giving framework
Hire Calling may review, verify, or curate employer-provided information, but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all employer content.
5. User Conduct
By using the Services, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading activity
- Attempt to manipulate donation triggers or platform metrics
- Submit false applications or information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
6. No Employment Relationship
Hire Calling:
- Does not employ candidates using the platform

- Does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes
All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
7. Content and Information
