From Employers

  • Business contact information (name, email, company, job title).
  • Hiring data needed to generate a Hire Calling Job ID (e.g., job posting details, ATS used, hiring volume).
  • Donation information (proof of existing donations, pledges, or donations processed through our partner, Make My Donation).
  • Attestations for optional TJAAA pre-compliance.

From Job Seekers

Hire Calling does not collect resumes or applications directly. Job seekers may see Hire Calling verification badges in job descriptions but do not submit information through our platform.

From Nonprofit Partners

Nonprofit name, EIN, and verification details required for donation validation.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Generate and manage unique Hire Calling Job IDs.
  • Verify and validate employer donations to nonprofits.
  • Provide employers with the option to display TJAAA pre-compliance signals.
  • Communicate with employers regarding their account and services.
  • Improve, secure, and maintain our platform.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only in these limited cases:

  • With our donation processing partner Make My Donation, when an employer elects to donate through the platform.
  • With nonprofits, only to confirm donations or pledges.
  • With service providers who support our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics), under confidentiality agreements.
  • As required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or misuse. Donation and compliance records are retained only as long as needed for verification and legal requirements.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Hire Calling does not use invasive tracking or sell behavioral data. We may use limited, aggregated analytics to improve our website experience.
