The Highlights
COMMUNITIES
Across the country, Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Asset Services team supports more than 100 charities each year volunteering in hospitals, warehouses, shelters and resource centers, as well as fundraising and donating goods that enrich lives and strengthen communities. For us, giving back isn’t optional, it’s essential. Our teams make service a priority, dedicating time during the workday to roll up their sleeves and contribute where it matters most. Because when it comes to building better communities, we never settle.

We’re intentional about supporting residents when it matters most. Through our partnership with the Resident Relief Foundation, we connect individuals facing unexpected financial hardship with critical rental assistance helping protect their homes and prevent the risk of homelessness. Beyond times of crisis, we invite residents to join us in year-round volunteer and charitable campaigns hosted at their communities.
Learn moreTEAM MEMBERS
Making an impact through volunteering strengthens our culture and unites our people around a shared purpose. Team members are encouraged to give back through hands-on community work or by supporting ongoing campaigns with partners like the Resident Relief Foundation, Children’s Hunger Fund and the American Cancer Society. And because care begins within, we also provide grants through an internal program to support colleagues facing personal hardships. It’s one more way we live our values: standing with our people, our clients and our communities.
