The Caterpillar Foundation is proud to offer the year-round Matching Gifts Program to support our employees, U.S. retirees and board of directors in their contributions to worthy causes. Eligible Caterpillar participants may request a match to eligible charities to which contributions are tax deductible.

The Caterpillar Foundation is proud to offer the Volunteer Service Match Program to support Caterpillar employees and members of its Board of Directors in their volunteer service to worthy causes. For every 10 hours an eligible Caterpillar participant volunteers with an eligible charity and records their hours, the participant may request a grant to an eligible charity designated by the participant.

For more than 60 years, Caterpillar has been proud to support our communities through the United Way. We share a common goal: To improve lives, invest in our community, and create a better tomorrow. The Caterpillar Foundation is proud to match employee and retiree contributions submitted during our annual United Way campaign dollar-for-dollar with no cap.

Individual Caterpillar employee, retiree and dealer employee contributions made via personal credit or debit card are eligible for matching. This fund allows the Red Cross to respond immediately to the needs of individuals and families impacted by disasters around the world.
